Opening hours

Enquiries are answered by our own team during these hours — there is no call centre and no automated response.

Collecting in person

You can collect instead of taking delivery. Collection is by appointment only — call or email us first so the unit is pulled and ready and someone is on site to release it.

Bring transport rated for the unit you have bought. An empty 20ft container weighs around 4,900 lb and an empty 40ft around 8,400 lb, so a tilt-bed, rollback or flatbed trailer rated for that weight is what is needed. Tell us what you are collecting with when you book.

If we are delivering to you

Containers travel by flatbed, rollback or tilt-bed truck — never by parcel carrier. Before you order, check your site against these four points:

• Access width — at least 14 ft clear for the delivery vehicle.
• Overhead clearance — nothing below 14 ft along the whole approach: cables, branches, gutters, sign gantries.
• Ground — level or near-level, and firm enough to carry a loaded truck. Soft or waterlogged ground can stop the delivery vehicle before it reaches the drop point.
• Someone on site — you or an authorised representative must be there to accept and sign for the unit.

Not sure? Call us before you order and we will talk the site through with you. See the Shipping Policy and the FAQ for the full detail.
