Return and Refund Policy

At JK Shipping LLC, every container is physically inspected before dispatch to ensure it matches the condition described on the product listing. Because containers are large freight items delivered directly to your site, our return process differs from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

PRE-DELIVERY CANCELLATIONS

How to Cancel an Order:

To cancel your order before delivery is arranged, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible after placing it. You can reach us by email at info@jkshippingllc.com or by phone at +1 (251) 247-6208.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hoursof placement, and before a delivery carrier has been booked, will receive a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after a carrier has been booked may be subject to a logistics and restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value
  • Once a container has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Undelivered Containers:

Full refunds are available for orders cancelled within the free cancellation window described above.

Delivered Containers:

Once a container has been delivered and accepted on site, the sale is considered complete. We do not accept returns of delivered containers, as returning a multi-tonne freight item is not practically feasible for either party.

Customisation Services:

Customisation and modification work is non-refundable once work has commenced, as units are built to your specific requirements. If you have concerns about the quality of a completed modification, please refer to the Quality Assurance section below.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

At JK Shipping LLC, we take the condition of every container we sell seriously. If you believe your container arrived in a condition materially different from what was described on the product listing, please follow these steps:

Document the Issue:

Note any concerns on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph the container clearly from multiple angles at the time of delivery.

Contact Us Promptly:

Get in touch with our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos where possible.

Assessment:

Our team will review the evidence to determine whether the issue constitutes a departure from the described product condition.

Resolution:

If we confirm the container was materially misdescribed, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include repair, partial refund, or replacement at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We are unable to process returns for the following:

  • Containers that have been delivered and accepted on site
  • Containers that have been modified, painted, drilled, or altered after delivery
  • Customised containers once customisation work has begun

REFUND PROCESSING

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
