This 30ft used open top container is sold in Wind and Watertight (WWT) condition — structurally sound and fully weatherproof, but not re-certified for international freight and supplied without a valid CSC plate. If you need a bulk-handling container for straightforward on-site storage and have no requirement to ship or re-export it, this WWT grade is the plain, no-frills option: it does the storage job without paying for certification you won’t use.
What sets this unit apart from a standard dry freight box is its bulk-handling configuration. Alongside standard exterior hinged double cargo doors, it includes top-opening lids and a front tipping hatch, so loose material can be loaded from above or tipped out from the front rather than shoveled through the door. Each door panel is secured by two locking bars, and ventilation is available in either a 4-vent or 8-vent configuration — confirm your preference at the time of order.
Expect normal service wear consistent with prior shipping use — surface marks, minor dents, and paint weathering — with the unit structurally intact and ready for storage on delivery. The floor is 28mm marine plywood on steel cross-members, and two forklift pockets on each side allow repositioning on site. Construction is Corten steel throughout, forming a stable oxide layer that resists corrosion without painting.
