This 20ft custom shipping container conversion is a new, built-to-order modular building constructed on a 20ft COR-TEN anti-corrosive steel container base — available in standard height (8ft 6in) or high cube (9ft 6in) — and fully configured to your specification before dispatch. The pictured example is finished in Anthracite Grey externally and white internally, fitted with chrome container handles, a manual roller shutter door, double-glazed anthracite grey French doors, a large fixed glazed panel, and a high-line opening ventilation window. Every element of this build can be adapted — door placement, glazing configuration, interior lining, insulation spec, and finish colour are all specifiable at time of order.

Access on the pictured example is via two separate openings. The manual roller shutter door (2,000 × 1,000mm) is a powder-coated steel shopfront-style shutter secured with bullet locks — suited to retail service counters and storage access. The double-glazed French doors (2,000 × 2,200mm) in anthracite grey provide a full-height glazed entry point for staff and customers, with a clean, contemporary appearance suited to studios, offices, and hospitality units. The fixed large double-glazed window panel (2,100 × 2,200mm) floods the interior with natural light, and the high-line opening window (1,800 × 400mm) provides passive ventilation above head height.

The interior base build includes an insulated floating floor system as standard, providing thermal separation between the container steel base and the finished floor surface.
