This 12ft x 9ft portable 2+1 toilet block is a fully refurbished, turnkey-ready sanitation unit in a timber-textured weather-resistant exterior painted grey — a distinctive aesthetic that sets it apart from the bare anti-vandal steel finishes of our other portable toilet blocks and gives it a more refined, professional appearance suited to commercial, event, and customer-facing environments. The 2+1 configuration provides two private toilet cubicles, two urinals, and two sinks with handwash stations on the gents side, and one private toilet, one sink with handwash station, and one mirror on the ladies side — making this the most compact toilet block in our range, suited to smaller sites, events, and facilities where the capacity of a 4+1 or larger unit is not required.

Unlike the heavier-gauge anti-vandal steel welfare blocks elsewhere in our range, this unit combines a timber-textured composite exterior with a grey paint finish, prioritising aesthetics and site presentation alongside functional durability. The exterior is designed to be weather-resistant for outdoor deployment in all seasons. Interior lighting and electric heating are fitted throughout both the gents and ladies sections for comfortable, well-lit year-round use.

The unit is described as fully plumbed — internal plumbing for water supply and waste drainage is pre-installed and ready for mains connection on site. Final water supply and waste drainage connection must be completed by a licensed plumber. Final electrical connection must be completed by a licensed electrician in compliance with applicable local code requirements.
