Each unit is professionally repainted in a single color of your choice at no additional cost, allowing the unit to match your company livery, site branding, or client requirements.
The unit is constructed on a steel frame with insulated steel-clad walls, designed for long-term outdoor deployment on construction sites, engineering projects, remote locations, and modular office setups. A single central steel personnel door provides secure access, and four large windows — uPVC or aluminum framed with lockable handles — provide natural light across the full length of the interior. Windows are double-glazed for both insulation and weather resistance.
The electrical fit-out includes a main breaker panel, interior LED batten or strip lighting, and a wall-mounted electric convector or panel heater for all-season use. The unit is wired for utility connection — an external utility supply must be connected on site by a licensed electrician. Flooring is vinyl or plywood finish depending on unit availability — confirm specification at time of order.
