This 4m flat pack kiosk is a purpose-built commercial serving unit designed for festivals, outdoor events, markets, and semi-permanent business installations — distinguishing itself from our flat pack storage range by its full-length top-hinged serving hatch on one long side. The hatch opening measures 2.91m wide × 1.03m tall, spanning the majority of the unit’s length and opening upward to create a covered service counter — providing weather protection for both the operator inside and the customer at the counter without requiring a separate canopy or awning structure.

The unit is fully galvanised and available in three confirmed RAL colours: Cobalt Blue (as shown in product images), Bottle Green, and Slate Grey — specify your preferred colour at time of order. Interior and exterior cladding and fittings can be customised for specific branding or operational requirements, and optional internal shelving is available at additional cost.

A key practical advantage of this kiosk over container-based alternatives is its car trailer transport capability — the flat-packed unit fits on a standard car trailer, eliminating the need for specialist freight logistics between events. Components are man-portable by a team of four, with the heaviest individual part at 153 kg, and the unit can be fully disassembled and reassembled for relocation to sites with restricted vehicle access, low bridge clearances, or challenging ground conditions such as muddy festival sites.

The 15mm OSB board floor supports up to 2,000 kg evenly distributed — sufficient for commercial catering equipment, refrigeration units, and display stock loaded across the full floor area. Internal walls are galvanised steel. A standard key-lockable door provides staff access independent of the serving hatch.
