This 20ft mobile office container on trailer is a new, fully fitted portable workspace mounted on its own dedicated trailer for straightforward relocation between job sites without the need for crane lifts or separate transport arrangements. Built on a corrugated steel container body with 8 corner castings and two-way forklift pockets, the unit combines the structural integrity of a standard ISO container with a purpose-built office fit-out — HVAC, dual-pane windows, security bars, retractable staircase, and a personnel entry door are all included as standard.
The HVAC system maintains a controlled interior temperature year-round, making the unit suitable for full-time occupation in hot summers and cold winters without supplementary heating or cooling. Dual-pane windows provide both thermal insulation and noise reduction — useful on active construction sites or noisy industrial locations. All windows are fitted with security bars to protect equipment and deter unauthorised access when the unit is unattended.
Access is via a retractable staircase with handrail and a dedicated steel personnel door. The staircase retracts for towing, reducing the unit’s road profile during relocation. The floor is 1⅛-inch (28.5mm) marine plywood on steel cross members, rated for heavy foot traffic and equipment loads. The corrugated steel exterior is weatherproof and engineered for long-term outdoor deployment in all climates.
The unit is trailer-mounted and tow-ready — a standard tow vehicle is required for relocation. Towing this unit on public roads is subject to state vehicle and trailer registration requirements, axle weight limits, and applicable road permit conditions.
