This 20ft modified shipping container is a One-Trip (New) unit built on a standard ISO 20ft frame and fitted with a multi-door access configuration and spray-foam ceiling insulation before dispatch. One-Trip means the container completed a single journey from the manufacturer to a US port — interior walls, floor, and seals are in near-new condition with minimal surface marks.
The door configuration sets this unit apart from a standard dry freight container. Access is available from three points: full-height double cargo doors on the side, a roll-up door on the left side for quick daily entry, and lockable floor-to-ceiling double cargo doors at the rear. Each opening is reinforced and fitted with heavy-duty locking hardware. This layout suits operations that require fast access from multiple angles — trade sites, workshops, and logistics staging areas in particular.
Spray-foam insulation has been applied to the ceiling to reduce condensation buildup and improve thermal stability inside the unit. This is particularly useful for storing tools, electronics, or temperature-sensitive materials in outdoor environments.
The floor is marine-grade hardwood plywood, fully undercoated, providing resistance to moisture and abrasion from heavy foot traffic or loaded pallets. The frame and cladding are constructed from COR-TEN weathering steel, which develops a stable oxide layer over time to resist corrosion without ongoing maintenance. Built-in forklift pockets on both sides allow the unit to be repositioned by forklift or crane.
