Where the French door version is designed for studio, office, and residential applications requiring full-height glazed entry, this variant is configured for retail service, food and beverage, trade counter, and commercial kiosk operations — with a manual roller shutter as the primary service opening and a single swing personnel door as the secure staff entry point. The roller shutter opens upward without swing clearance, allowing the full service counter width to be presented to customers while maintaining a secure closure when the unit is not trading.

The base container is available in either standard height (8ft 6in) or high cube (9ft 6in) — specify at time of order. The high cube option provides an additional foot of internal headroom, which is beneficial for catering operations requiring extraction ducting above head height, or for retail displays requiring taller internal shelving. The exterior finish, roller shutter size, personnel door position, and all interior elements are fully customisable — the pictured example shows a dark blue exterior with a centrally positioned roller shutter and right-side personnel door, but every element can be adapted to your layout and branding requirements.

The base build includes an insulated floating floor system as standard.
