Electrical and HVAC are not standard on this build; they are available on request and can be priced separately, but the base unit is supplied dry so you control the fit-out timeline and cost.
The reinforced steel frame gives long-term structural integrity outdoors, and the anti-corrosive exterior coating protects against weathering, UV degradation, and moisture ingress without the upkeep that painted steel needs. The unit is portable by crane or forklift. This unit (1642) ships as a weatherproof, insulated open-plan shell — structurally complete, nothing wired or plumbed. Buy it when you have your own electrician and HVAC contractor, when you want to phase the spend, or when the final layout is not settled yet. If the site is remote or you would rather have one firm number and a building you can walk into on day one, buy the 20ft x 12ft Container Office Building, where the electrical, HVAC and plumbing package is agreed before the unit is built. A 12ft-wide load may need a wide-load permit in transit either way — check your route before ordering.
