The unit is built on a custom heavy-duty metal frame measuring 580cm × 210cm × 215cm (approximately 19ft × 6ft 10in × 7ft) — slightly more compact than a standard ISO 20ft container on all three dimensions, making it lighter, easier to transport by standard truck or trailer, and simpler to position on site without crane assistance. The interior is configured with a front service counter facing customers, stainless steel working benches along both sides, and a rear prep counter for equipment and preparation space — providing a logical commercial kitchen workflow within the compact footprint.

The integrated water cycle system includes double stainless steel sinks, hot and cold water tap, a water pump, and two 25-liter self-contained clean water tanks — making the unit operable without a utility water connection, suited to event, festival, park, and remote trading locations where plumbed water supply is unavailable.
