The heavy-duty steel anti-vandal shell is finished with an industrial-grade weatherproof exterior coating — neutral finish as standard with custom colour options available on request.

Access is via two separate entry points: a solid steel anti-vandal personnel door for secure staff access, and a set of PVC double-glazed sliding doors that open the interior to full natural light and provide a wide, welcoming entry point for clients and visitors. This dual-access configuration makes the unit particularly well suited to sales suites and showrooms where a secure rear staff entrance and a professional client-facing front entrance are both required.

Natural light is maximised by five window openings — one large feature PVC window and four standard double-glazed PVC windows — distributed across the cabin to eliminate dark corners and create a bright, airy interior throughout the full 24ft length. Interior fit-out includes new vinyl flooring, LED ceiling lighting on internal switches, a wall-mounted electric heater, and multiple double electrical sockets. The unit is wired and ready for mains connection — an external mains supply must be connected on site by a licensed electrician before heating, lighting, and sockets are operational.
