This portable laundry and washroom building is a new, self-contained utility structure built on a shipping container-style steel frame with insulated walls and roof, a sealed steel-sheet weatherproof roof, and a rear double-glazed window for natural light and passive ventilation. Designed for deployment at construction sites, remote work camps, temporary accommodation blocks, agricultural facilities, and campgrounds, the unit provides a dedicated laundry and washroom space that can be connected to mains water, sewer, and power for either temporary or permanent installation.

The interior is fitted with a laundry tub for hand-washing and general utility use, hot and cold tap outlets ready for connection to a standard washing machine, and a workbench area providing a flat surface for folding, organising, or accommodating an additional small appliance. The washing machine is not included — the unit provides the tap outlets, drainage connection point, and workbench space to accommodate a buyer-supplied machine. Water-saving sink and tap fittings are installed throughout.

The electrical system includes an IP66-rated external electrical distribution board with a 2-pole 10A circuit breaker, an internal ceiling light, an exhaust fan with switch, and a standard power outlet. Final electrical connection must be completed on site by a licensed electrician in compliance with applicable National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. All plumbing is pre-run and ready for connection to mains water supply and sewer — final connection must be completed on site by a licensed plumber. The unit is transported and positioned using 4 lifting lugs and forklift pockets.
