The office area is fitted with electric heating, internal lighting, and multiple power outlets, providing sufficient electrical capacity for laptops, printers, and site communications equipment simultaneously. The toilet area is separated from the office by an internal privacy partition — note that this is a partitioned section within the unit rather than a fully enclosed room with an independent external entry door. The toilet area includes a toilet, sink, hand-wash station, electric heater, and light for year-round usability.
