This fully furnished mobile container house on wheels is a new, move-in ready prefab dwelling built on an American-style 3-axle trailer with a C89 light gauge steel frame. Available in one-room and two-room loft configurations, each unit is delivered fully assembled and furnished — electrical wiring, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, lighting, and furniture are all included before it ships. The black modern mountain style exterior finish is standard, with customization options for color, finishes, and interior layout available at time of order.
The structure is built on a C89 light gauge steel frame (89mm wide section) rated by the
manufacturer to Grade 8 earthquake resistance. The outer skin and structural panels are stainless steel and high-grade metal, fully waterproofed for year-round all-season use. The expandable design allows the unit to be transported in a reduced-width configuration and extended on site, maximizing
internal living space beyond the trailer footprint.
Internally, every unit includes an open-plan living area, a fully furnished kitchen with counters, cabinets, and electrical provisions for appliances, and a pre-installed bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, and fixtures. Loft-style sleeping areas are accessible via internal stairs. Electrical wiring is installed to USA standards with a plug-and-play setup for lighting, kitchen appliances, and HVAC. Plumbing lines for the kitchen and bathroom are pre-run and ready for connection to utility or tank supply.
Important delivery note: This unit is oversized freight and requires a crane for unloading —
it is not forklift-compatible due to its weight and structural configuration. Crane rental must be arranged by the buyer prior to delivery. Confirm site access width and overhead clearance with your delivery team before scheduling.
Note on US regulations: Trailer-mounted dwellings are subject to varying zoning, land use, and
registration requirements across US states and counties. The absence of a permanent foundation does not automatically exempt a unit from local building or planning codes. For guidance, refer to the
US Department of Housing and Urban Development manufactured housing guidance and confirm requirements with your local building department before siting.
