This portable single toilet unit is a new, purpose-built single-occupancy sanitation facility constructed on a heavy-duty steel frame with fully insulated roof and wall panels, a sealed coated steel-sheet weatherproof roof, and non-slip easy-clean interior surfaces throughout. At 7ft 10in long by 3ft 11in wide, it is the most compact sanitation unit in our range — approximately half the width of our double toilet unit — making it suited to restricted sites, narrow access areas, and locations where only one facility point is required. The unit can be deployed as a stand-alone facility or integrated with an existing building, connecting to mains water, sewer, and power for permanent or semi-permanent installation.

The interior is fitted with a ceramic dual-flush toilet (4.5L full / 3L half flush, average 3.1L per flush), a wall-mounted hand basin with lever tapware rated at 6.0L/min, a toilet roll holder, a wall-mounted toilet brush holder, an LED ceiling light on a wall switch, and a mechanical exhaust fan for odour control and ventilation. The key-lockable steel entry door incorporates integrated ventilation. A rear-mounted mechanical exhaust fan provides additional air movement independent of the door ventilation.

The electrical system includes an IP66-rated external electrical distribution board with a 2-pole 10A RCD with test switch. Final electrical connection must be completed on site by a licensed electrician in compliance with applicable National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. The plumbing system is pre-run and ready for connection to mains water supply and sewer — final connection must be completed on site by a licensed plumber. Confirm that all electrical and plumbing specifications are compatible with US mains supply standards and local code requirements before ordering.
