This 10ft accommodation container is a purpose-built living unit converted from a COR-TEN weathering steel container base, fully insulated and fitted with a stove, pre-installed electrical system and lighting, windows, a lockbox-equipped secure door, and standard air vents as standard inclusions — ready for immediate occupation on delivery. At 2.991m external length, this is a compact but fully functional single-occupancy accommodation unit suited to construction site welfare, remote location housing, and temporary on-site living where a larger modular building would be impractical or excessive. This unit is not CSC certified — it is designed for stationary accommodation use only and cannot be used for international freight operations.
The stove is included as standard — the only unit in our range to include cooking equipment as a standard fitting — making this a more complete accommodation solution than a basic crew restroom unit or insulated office unit. The electrical installation and lighting are pre-fitted for connection to a utility or generator supply on site. Climate control beyond the standard air vents is provided by optional air conditioning and heating units — specify these at time of order if required. Windows are standard, with an upgrade to windows with PVC shutters available for enhanced privacy and security in higher-risk site environments.
Floor material is specifiable at order — choose between a wooden floor for a warmer, more residential feel or a steel floor for maximum durability in heavily trafficked or wet environments. Two forklift pockets allow straightforward repositioning on site. The unit is stackable — suitable for multi-level site accommodation configurations. Any RAL color is available — specify your preferred RAL code at time of order. Internal dimensions are not confirmed — finished internal clearances will be reduced from the 2.991m external length by wall insulation and lining thickness on all sides.
