This portable double toilet unit is a new, purpose-built dual-cubicle sanitation facility constructed on a solid steel-framed container-style base with fully insulated roof and wall panels, sealed steel-sheet weatherproof roofing, and smooth easy-clean hygienic surfaces throughout. The two completely separated cubicles each have their own key-lockable steel entry door, individual plumbing, and full electrical fit-out — allowing simultaneous use by two occupants without shared access, and configuration as gender-specific facilities where required. The compact 7ft 10in × 7ft 10in square footprint makes this unit deployable in restricted spaces where a longer rectangular welfare unit would not fit.

Each cubicle is fitted with a dual-flush toilet (4.5L full / 3L half flush), a wall-mounted hand basin with lever tapware, an LED ceiling light, a wall-mounted light switch, a standard power outlet, a toilet roll holder, a toilet brush and holder, and a mechanical exhaust fan for active ventilation and odour control. Rear mechanical ventilation is also integrated into the structure to maintain air quality across both cubicles independently.

The electrical system includes an IP66-rated external electrical distribution board with a 2-pole 10A RCD with test button. Final electrical connection must be completed on site by a licensed electrician in compliance with the applicable National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. The plumbing system is fully pre-run and ready for connection to mains water supply and sewer — final connection must be completed on site by a licensed plumber. Confirm that all electrical and plumbing specifications are compatible with US mains supply standards and local code requirements before ordering.

The unit is transported and positioned using forklift pockets and four lifting lugs, allowing placement by forklift or crane on construction sites, event grounds, remote locations, and permanent facility installations.
