The heavy-duty steel anti-vandal shell provides a higher level of security and impact resistance than standard modular cabin construction — suited to active construction sites, remote locations, and high-footfall commercial settings where the unit will be left unattended overnight.
The interior is finished to a professional standard with new vinyl flooring, LED ceiling lighting, a wall-mounted electric heater, and multiple double power sockets throughout — providing a fully functional workspace without any additional fit-out required on delivery. Four double-glazed PVC windows are positioned to maximise natural light across the full length of the open-plan interior, and a single PVC entry door with a secure locking handle provides controlled access. The exterior is finished with a durable weather-resistant coating — neutral finish as standard, with custom colour options available on request.
The unit is wired and ready for mains electrical connection — an external mains supply must be connected on site by a licensed electrician before the heating, lighting, and sockets are operational.
