The office area is open-plan, insulated in walls and ceiling for year-round thermal comfort, and fitted with a double-glazed window with steel security shutters — the double glazing providing thermal and acoustic insulation while the steel shutters close and lock to protect the glazing and prevent access when the unit is unattended.
